If your order has not been dispatched and you’d like to cancel it simply contact us for an immediate refund.

If your order has been dispatched and you’d like to return it simply contact us for our returns address.

As the product(s) we sell cannot be re-packaged any returned items must be un-opened otherwise a refund cannot be processed.

You have 14 days from the date of order to return an item.

If you simply change your mind refunds will be minus the original delivery cost

If we’ve sent you the wrong item(s) we’ll refund you regardless of whether they are open or not. Simply contact us to resolve this.
